Dear Inez,

We rec'd the peaches, and quite a few were bruised, but plenty left that were good, and we enjoyed them so much. I do not like to have you pay so much for shipping and would like to pay the expense, but would like another basket if possible. Rec'd the package of little booklets about my garden, Dear Miss Wing, I hope she is not unhappy. I will write her as soon as I can. Glad things are going well at Berry. My Garden has been very beautiful this summer, had a cool, wet spring and think the flowers liked it. Thanking you again for the booklets and the peaches.
