GROUP
TOURS - TERMS & CONDITIONS: The
Henry Ford Estate group tour package includes your meal, gratuity and
full
tour of the Residence and Henry Ford’s Powerhouse. You may
schedule your breakfast
or luncheon tour Tuesday through Friday and your dinner tour Tuesday
through
Thursday. A minimum of 20 people must be guaranteed for
morning or
daytime events, and a minimum of 30 people is required for
evening events. A guaranteed
count and final payment must be received at least five working days prior to your
scheduled event.
You will be charged for this guaranteed number or the number
served, whichever
is greater. One complimentary meal and tour will be given for
your bus driver
and tour coordinator, however they are not included in the
minimum person guarantee.
A
$100.00 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. An 80%
refund will be made
for cancellations received at least 30 days in advance. No
refunds are available
for cancellations received less than 30 days before the
scheduled event.
The
Estate also offers group tours without food service at a rate of
$8.00 per person,
with a minimum guarantee of 20 people.
